KD-1 Toluene Soluble Gravure Surface Printing Ink

KD-1 Series Inks are toluene soluble intaglio/photogravure surface printing inks. They are manufactured with advanced production processes, featuring simple and convenient operation as well as broad applicability.

• ① High color concentration, good gloss, bright colors and excellent smoothness.
• ② Good adhesive, outstanding rub resistance.
• ③ Fast solvent release, low residue and anti-blocking property.
• ④ Excellent transfer performance for highlight dots and strong three-dimensional effect.

Applications

• ① LDPE, CPP, OPP, BOPP (treatment level ≥38 dyn/cm), other plastic films and aluminum foil, etc
• ② Solid prints, highlight dot overprinting and spot colors are all applicable.
• ③ Suitable for gravure surface printing and reverse printing. Not suitable for lamination.
• ④ Not heat-sealable。
• ⑤ Light packaging printing such as shopping bags, sanitary products and daily necessities.
• ⑥ This series of products does not possess resistance to sunlight, freezing and grease. If such properties are required, please switch to dedicated inks.
